How to make delicious mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (or 2 cups of frozen mango chunks)
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (you can use Greek yogurt for a creamier texture)
1/2 cup milk (you can use any milk you prefer: dairy, almond, coconut, etc.)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on the sweetness of your mangoes and personal taste)
Ice cubes (optional, if you want a colder smoothie)

Instructions:
Prepare the Mango: If using fresh mangoes, peel and dice them. If using frozen mango chunks, make sure they are thawed slightly so they blend easily.
Blend: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using). If you want a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes as well.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
Serve: Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint if desired.
